ABOUT

Hi! I’m Bénédicte, a French-Lebanese photographer based in London. With a background in international law and a decade of experience in international development and conflict resolution, I have worked with people and organisations across West Asia and Africa, including human rights defenders, grassroots activists, and peacebuilders; most recently working closely with organisations in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo.

In 2025, I completed the London Institute of Photography’s Professional Photography Certificate, to build visual storytelling and photography into my ongoing work. I’m particularly interested in social justice and human rights, and reclaiming heritage and agency in a world full of labels and growing stigma.

I’m also a keen portrait photographer, and would love to help you create headshots and portraits to suit your needs. Whether you’re looking for acting headshots, personal or corporate portraits, or anything in between, I’d love to discuss how best to bring your ideas to life.
